Maximum Safe HT and Chipset(nForce4) Voltage

I have done searches and alot of googling but never really got a good answer so I am wondering if increasing the HT and or chipset voltage will help me get past a wall I am currently at (283x9) on my E3 3000+ Venice.

I know for sure the board's HTT is not maxxed because I have booted it to windows at 395 before and my HT is set at 3x. Memory is on a 1:1 divider so this isn't an issue either, I am stable at 283x9 with the cpu voltage at 1.55, I really would like to not raise this voltage much higher for obvious reasons but I would really like to hit 2.7gHz.

I would like to know if increasing my chipset (max 1.8v, 1.5v standard is what I am running now) and or my HT (1.2 standard 1.35 max) could possibly help me in overcoming this wall and if so what should be the maximum safe amount.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

I'm interested in this info too. I just got my Venice 3000+ (not sure about the stepping) to a so-far stable 280x9 on an Epox EP-9NPA. I haven't messed with chipset or HTT voltages at all, but I've upped the RAM to 2.9v and left the Vcore on the Epox board's "auto" voltage, which seems to adjust the voltage as needed on its own.
