I've got a 256 MB CAS2 PC133 DIMM from Crucial. It's rated at 7.5 ns. What's the range of reasonable overclock one should expect from this RAM (133? 140? 144? 150?) at CAS2? As an FYI, my rig is:

AMD Tbird 1.133 Ghz CPU (locked, unfortunately)
256 MB CAS2 PC133 Crucial RAM
ASUS A7V133 MB
Sounblaster Live! Platinum 5.1
Creative Annihilator Pro
IBM DeskStar 75GXP 7200 RPM 46 GB
Pioneer DVDROM 16x/40x
Tornado 1000
Alpha PAL 6035 Heatsink/Fan (w/Arctic Silver II)

i just got 2-256 crucial pc133 cl2 ram from crucial.. i tried 150mhz cas222, and it booted (both dimms hit 150 cas222.. cool huh?) and.. but when i tried running the mem benchmark on sandra.. it wouldnt work.. but the computer didnt crash.. i think my motherboard cant support more than 512 megs of sd ram(i had 640 in at the time and didnt test it with 512 only).. i read on my mobo book that motherboards cant run with more than 512 sd ram, but will work with 1.5gig of the vdram or something like that.. the expensive stuff
