basically, i'm in a delima wherby I've run out of 3 pin fan connectors on my mobo, but I need two more for my Zalman VF900's. I currently also have one fan attached to one molex, and two fans attached to another molex.

Is it safe for me to attach the two Zalman VF900's to the molex chains to make even longer chains? I mean, is 3 on one molex safe?

Thanks for all your help.

It all depends on how much electrical load you are going to put on the wires. If you are just daisy channing fans than I would not worry about it, but video cards and hard drives are a differant story

Luckily they are daisy chaining off completely solo Molex's.
The ones to the HDD and DVD drive are different.

So does that mean I'm good to go?

Try it and if you have problems (HDD errors/crashes, overheated wires or plugs) then disconnect it.

I've got four drives (Optical & HDD) daisy chained on a single molex connector. I also have 3 fans daisy chained on a another single molex without any problem. Go ahead you are good to go.
