Maximum memory needed for really high end games

Are there high end 3-D, photo realistic, video-like games that require more than 2 GB system memory. What are they? How much recommended? Thanks
 
2gbs is enough for any game at the moment. As far as cad work, 3-d work and so on if you gotta ask you prob don't need it.
