Maximum frustration, assistance appreciated

So I come home from a LAN party, and when I try to start my computer I get no signal on my monitor. I noticed it made different powering-on sounds than usual (Sony G400 19" Trinitron). So i thought maybe monitor broke. Tried another monitor, same prob. Tried a different video card, same prob. Tried removing all unnecessary PCI cards, still no go. I then just took the whole thing apart and rebuilt it in the hopes it would magically fix the problem (hey, sometimes it does), and now I can't even turn it on. Tried another powersupply and power cable, still no turn on. I thought maybe something was wrong with the cases power switch connector etc., tried connecting the ones from a different case, still met with failure. Suggestions would be mucho appreciated. Perhaps I fried the board with static? I tried to be pretty careful... I am pretty sure power is getting to the board: when I plug ethernet in I do get a blinking light.
 
First make sure that your cpu , ram and video card are the only peripherals installed , make sure they are correctly seated in their respected slots/sockets.

If no go then clear your Cmos using the jumper on the motherboard , if you cannot find it , even in the manual you can always remove the battery from the motherboard and then pop it back in and try once again to boot .

Ok just took a look at your mobo specs and I see that you have a P80P Debug Card onboard design with LED display on it so with that you should be able to trouble shoot your pc with whatever code it gives you , hopefully your manual has all the codes listed .
