I need to think of a real world example of a maximum cost hamiltonian circuit. An example of a minimum cost hamiltonian circuit is a traveling salesman. He wants to walk the shortest route, but eventually end up at the starting point. Please help

im sure your theory of computation books have a few examples....

are you trying to explain to people abt hamiltonian circuits when you say "An example of a minimum cost hamiltonian circuit is a traveling salesman. He wants to walk the shortest route, but eventually end up at the starting point.".... if so then ROFL

Postman, is what I remember being mentioned, or maybe someone going to mall? Start off at your car in the parking lot, hit the stores, go back to car.

I wish I still had 203, what an easy class. :)

i dont see whats so funny about my example of min cost circuit, its straight from my g/f's book. This is her class. But anyway, the mall idea seems to be min cost as well. doesnt make sense for it to be max cost. Anyone have an example of a max cost???
