Maximizes my IDE devices I/O?

My Abit BE6 ATA/66 controller no longer works on my system. I think I blew it out while attempting to OC my 1GHz CPU. I tried everything to get this to work again, but no go. Every reinstallation, reboot or changes configs the system would hang or blue screen. So my question to you is I have four IDE devices that I are running on my ATA/33 controller. What is the best arrangement for these devices?

IBM Deskstar 20GB ? ATA/100
ASUS 50X CD-ROM ? ATA/33
AOPEN 9420 CD-RW ? PIO4/DMA2
IOMEGA 100 ZIP ? NONE

This is my current setting from Primary ? Master to Secondary ? Slave. Please recommend if devices should be different.

One suggestion....go by a Promise controller card...they are not very expensive...as a matter of fact go over and check out the For Sale/Trade forum..I'm sure you can pick one cheap there.
