A couple days ago, my USB Ports stopped working temporarily, sometimes I have to turn my PC on contantly to get it to boot, I mean it will power up but turn off in the middle of doing so. I only make $8.50 an hour, so $100 for a power supply is horrible news for me, but will it damage my parts in the long run if I dont get a new one. I was looking at the TP 550.

I am running all of this on an Antec True Power 330!

This is my system specs.

Just try to find a quality PSU in you price range. 550W i way overkill for that system (for amost any system!). The Antec True 430 or even the true380 should work fine. You should be able to get a 430W for under $80...

USB ports stopped working... PSU failing to power-on... could something have developed a short? I would definately check that out, especially if the new PSU doesn't magically make everything start working perfectly again. Btw, what happens if you disable the non-essential things like the lights? Do you still have power-on problems with your current PSU?

Thermaltake power supplies are good.

I will also have a Antec True430 for sale in a few days. Still has two years left on the warranty. I will be looking for around $50.00 shipped.

Contact Antec about a replacement. I ran more hardware than that on my Antec True330 without a problem.
