Max voltage levels on 2500+

Hey all,

I have been keeping my rig at 200x11 stable for awhile now with temps usually 36-52 or so idle-load. Now I've been bored and am convinced the thermal stability of my AS5 and HSF config has reached it's max. I was running at a setting of 1.7V core which has varied between 1.74 & 1.81 (as reported by MBM5) and haven't had any problems at that setting. Now I have raised the voltage setting to 1.75 and am getting 1.79 to 1.82. Is this a safe level for my cpu? It seems to be running fine. Temps are idling near the upper 40s or lower 50s and under load upper 50s. Running at 209x11 for 2299Mhz. This rig is air-cooled with a TT Volcano 12+ AS5 and 4 case fans (two front intake, one side intake and one rear output).

Just wanted to know if anyone else's voltage levels are that far off and if it's too harmful for the gain. Any feedback is helpful!

Thanks in advance,

Del

Cooling the Square is more important than V's... so keep it under 60C's without it locking up on air.
