max vdimm of msi boards

I wasnt able to find the max vdimm from the msi site and
was wondering what the neo4-f and neo 4 platinum could go up to.
What experiences have u had with these boards? what mem. was used?

2,9 I think for the vdimm. TCCD based memory is best from what I hear for the MSI Neo-4

i not sure about the NEO4 but i know the the NEO2 over volts to 2.9 which im sure you are aware

How can the neo2 get to 2.9 vdimm?! The core center wont allow it and the maximum bios volage is 2.85 however im using a winchester on the 1.8 bios.

its a known fact, although it states 2.85 i n the BIOS or what ever, there is actually 2.9 volts being supplied 😉

2.8v I believe, which is kinda weak these days. Alot of mobo makers are going 3+ with the vdimm since the sudden resurgence of BH-5 UTT. If you buy that mobo, you're going to want to use TCCD.

My Neo4 Platinum lists 2.85V I believe.

3.3 with the vdimm mod 🙂....... Or 4.0 with an OCZ booster.

2.85 if you want a stock one..
