Max Temp for a T-Bird

What is the maximum tempature you would let your t-bird get before shutting it down? Just wondering because I have my 800@1000 w/1.85v and it is showing 43degrees on the probe under the CPU.

You can probably see a reading of 75-80C on the probe before damage occurs(the t-bird/duron core is rated to 90C).

i have 750 t-bird blue core is sittin at stock untel i by some better cooling and get the guts to break out the dremil on those L6 and L7 bridges, it sits at 43 afer a few good round of quake3 so your doing just fine. if you realy want to know how hot it can get check here, bookmark 6.7 will tell you:)

Thanks for the link and info. I set my alarm for 55C, that should protect me. I need to invest in a better HSF sometime, but it is fine for now.
