Max Temp for a T-Bird

What is the maximum tempature you would let your t-bird get before shutting it down? Just wondering because I have my 800@1000 w/1.85v and it is showing 43degrees on the probe under the CPU.

You can probably see a reading of 75-80C on the probe before damage occurs(the t-bird/duron core is rated to 90C).

i have 750 t-bird blue core is sittin at stock untel i by some better cooling and get the guts to break out the dremil on those L6 and L7 bridges, it sits at 43 afer a few good round of quake3 so your doing just fine. if you realy want to know how hot it can get check here, bookmark 6.7 will tell you

Thanks for the link and info. I set my alarm for 55C, that should protect me. I need to invest in a better HSF sometime, but it is fine for now.
