Max SB voltages and good overclocking settings

So i got sick of not being able to find a unified document with all the correct voltages and good setting online, so i took my own knowledge and combined it with other various sources and came up with a good straightforward guide.

EIST-DISABLE
C3, C6 States-DISABLE
CPU Thermal Monitor-DISABLE
PLL overvoltage Enable
Intel Speedstep - Enable, lowers clocks during idle
Turbo Boost Power Limit - Manual;Short - 250, Long - 250
Spread Spectrum Disable
C1E - Enable, lowers voltage during idle
Intel Virtualization tech - Disabled
Core current limit - 230

[VOLTAGES @ MAX]
PLL - 1.9
CPU - 1.52
VTT - 1.15
VCCSA - .97(if your mobo switches from .925 all the way up to 1.0 thats fine)
PCH - 1.1
DRAM - 1.67

Good overclocking values:4.5ghz
PLL - 1.75
CPU - 1.2 - 1.4 (usually in the 1.3's but some can do it with less)
VTT - 1.085
VCCSA - .925 (dont onervolt this at all, it is only for overclocking using BCLK)
PCH - 1.068
DRAM - 1.5, 1.65(as specified by memory)

keep vcore as low as possible.

there is no safe mark for vcore as everyone says... its totaly scaled on usage and load of the processor.

meaning u can have that 5ghz overclock... never use the machine.. always turn it off, and it will last longer then anyone's elses machine because the duty on the machine is so low.

Its a give and take.

Intel sets stock as a good point where the machine will last 3 yrs under stock cooling.
Every 10C u lower the temp on the cpu, you effectively double the life on the processor.

So its about a fine mesh point at longivity with speed of the machine.

For a new user, i say typically keep your VCORE under 1.375V on a 32nm.
This is fundimental in overclocking, because i have done many testing where 32nm will fail under constant load at 1.4+ Vcore.

Its just not worth it unless u are one of the cycle users who dont turn on the machine all the time.
