Max "safe" voltage for a tbred B

My 2100+ is running at 1.85 (1.87-1.88 actual) and I'm wondering how far these chips have been pushed before they might die.
I had my last one running at 1.9 for a few months, but I'm wondering if anyone has killed their chip with too much voltage...
I'm cooling with a slk900 & a zalman zm-f2. I run SOB so there's no idle temps here.
My temps are ~44C/~32C at tolerable noise levels, but if its running silently the cpu can be ~50C
Any advice on wether or not to bump up the voltage?

i burned one out after awhile at 1.86v i've also fryed a few over 2v
keep it under 1.85 if you wanna keep it for awhile
i'm at 1.74v with my current 1800+ t-bred b
the .13u process is fragile, once you reach the limit adding voltage starts hurting more than it helps and will get you in the long run
