I have that video card and IBM P260 monitor. Now i know that the monitor is capable of 85Hz at that resolution but i am not sure the video card is. How can i confirm that its the video card thats holding down my refresh rate? and does monitor refresh rate and resolution have anything to do with 3D gaming performance?
