Info Max Payne remake under development

Hopefully they'll keep the terrible prose style and weird facial expressions.

The sun needs to go down with practised bravado one more time.

I never really liked the first one. Something about the difficulty level was just too unforgiving, it seemed to come down to trial-and-error, redoing each set-piece over-and-over till you knew exactly where every bad guy was and what their movement pattern was. Which got kind of tedious. The second one seemed to improve on that and was a bit more playable.

The writing was hilariously awful though. "So bad it's good" territory. But despite that it somehow had a memorable atmosphere.

The second one was a lot easier. You refreshed bullet-time just standing around. And it had a better story. And much better graphics.
