Max Payne 3 Feezing and Crashing

Hello all, my current build is below. I'm getting issues with Max Payne 3 constantly feezing on me then crashing. It happens every now and then, sometimes 5 minutes into gameplay, sometimes a couple hours into gameplay. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
