Single player ONLY, from all I've seen.
People talked about this the first game, and the problem again is, how do you do bullettime in multiplayer?

I'm certainly looking forward to the game, though.

Fall of Max Payne

I have made my opinions of the new look of Max before. Losing the constipated look of the first Max Payne is fine by me, but they completely changed his face - he's a different person now. The entire plot centered around Max and his rage. You spent cut scene after cut scene staring directly into Max's face. The new character is too drastic of a change.

I disagree. The first one had the best graphics for its time. In terms of texture quality, nothing on the market even compared.

Then you had a piece of crap joke of a computer..

The original Max Payne for PC was amazing. It managed to run fast on a celeron/duron and it had more detail than any game preceeding it.

MP rules! I still play the original. :) When it came out, it was revolutionary for it's time. It STILL looks awesome. I'll have to reserve my judgement on Part II until I see it and play it myself.

Just as it's done in The Specialist mod for Half Life. You are only subject to the effects of bullet time if the player using it is within your immediate vicinity. It works great in TS, that mod rocks. Multiplayer Max Payne would be awesome. Like the specialist except with way better graphics. Kinda like Raven Shield is a better version of CS.

Well, I'm in the "Minimum" ... :)

Hopefully by then I'll have the bread for an upgrade. Max Payne rocks my world.

<-- took him damn near a month, but beat every mode and got secret ending :D

just have the bullets slow down near a person using up their bullet time and then they can dodge bullets Neo style, until their juice runs out
