Welcome to the forums!
Since every system is different, it is hard to say.
First off, what kinda PSU do you have? If you have a cheapy one, you OC ability, and the life of your computer could be dire.

From what i have read, 2.0ghz should be "easy" to do. Just up your FSB. After your PSU, your Ram is the next culprit to stop your OC. I assume you have 2x 512MB DDR400 ram. Care to elaborate on brand and type? If you have Mushkin/Corsair/Kingston, you may be able to push your FSB to 216-220 without lowering RAM timings (latency). If you happen to have gotten a pair of Crucial Ballistics (2-2-2-5) Ram, you are one lucky SOB and will probably get to OC your FSB through 240 without lowering the Latency timings. This, of course, will only be possible if you know how to adjust your voltages correctly, and lower your CPU multiplier when necessary.

Consult other threads in this forum about "how to OC." There are plenty.

I personaly think that the MAX of every procesor is other :) you need to try the maximum of your CPU. Friend has a 2500+ (1833) and the max is (1966 Mhz) buy mine 2500XP has max 2200 (3200+) :) you need to try it :)
