max overclock? qx6700 b3 on default vcore.

whats the max overclock i can expect from the qx6700 2.66ghz b3 with default vcore. I dont know yet because i am waiting on a better cooler, my current cooler is giving me 46-50c idle thats HORRIBLE it was just a temporary cooler. increasing vcore doesnt decrease cpu life as long as temperatures are below 65c correct?
