What would be a "Danger Will Robinson" temp for a northbridge? I have an 875-based machine (Abit IC7-max3), Northwood P4 @ 2.8ghz, and four HDs, that I've been working on silencing. Its super quiet, but using Motherboard Monitor, I'm now having temps around 57-59 CPU and 49-51 PWM (northbridge?) at full load, mainly due to the passive zalman. Temps are more than OK at idle. There's a third temp labelled Case, but its typically quite lower, around 32, so I don't think its accurate.
While I know this may be quite high for some of you, silence is most important right now. This isn't too high to cause damage is it?
