You need to refine your art of trolling a little better, because making up things that I've "said" just really doesn't work. Women are abused everywhere, I won't ever debate that. No one in this thread has.

He's a scumbag but he shouldn't have been put in jail for the reasons put forward in the trial. However, I think his production needs to be looked at because it sounds like he is in fact raping these women and hiding behind contracts or simply intimidating them. He always says that they're consenting and that it's all part of the act, but of course he'd say that. I mean what else is he going to say?

I wouldn't mind seeing a bunch of his former starlets band together and sue the pants off him or something. Put him out of business, but for the right reasons. Simply producing porn that most people find abhorrent should not be a criminal offense.
 
I haven't seen much of his stuff. I know Courtney Simpson did 2 episodes with him. You'd think if you didn't like it the first time you wouldn't go back for #2? My guess is he paid a ton of money or something.

He's a total waste of human life, but probably shouldn't be in jail for what he did/does. That being said, I don't feel bad for him nor do I care if he spends the rest of his life in jail. Doesn't affect me to be honest.

Going by your post it certainly sounds like he should be in jail. You can't rape someone just because you have a contact, the second they say "no" you need to stop.

I don't believe in anything strongly enough to rot in prison over it. No matter how much I enjoy his work in private and decry it in public I respect the man for not backing down to censorship.

Keep in mind in this industry the agents, directors, and projects are close-knit. A young woman that keeps saying no early on simply never gets called back. A lot of 'porn stars' did things early on they don't like to talk about...once they become famous, they can call the shots.

Also some of the time there is coercion. The talent is told one thing, but the scene plays out differently. More than likely they are slowly lead down a path and drugged up a bit.

It's a dirty industry at times.

its not apparently anything other than creepy, you can find videos of guys getting their balls stepped on if you want, porn doesn't make that much sense when you get to the extreme fetish level.

The thing is no one signs a contract with the likes of Max Hardcore with out having seen some of his videos. It is stupid to claim that the startlets didn't know what they were getting into, they choose to do it because he pays well.

This is it exactly. The porn industry use to be close knit and cohesive 15 years ago, today there is a thousand producers with a thousand directors each with their own website and each wanting to make their own video. Many of the web sites pay better then the professional 'big name' producers, especially for new talent.

Today no matter who you are, or how you look, if you are female and want to do porn there is a producer that will pay you.
