Max FSB that a Duron can take?

Can they go up to 133MHz? (266 ddr)

Yes, unlocked and you might have to lower the multiplier. I ran some 600s at 6 x 167MHz FSB before. I did not unlock those. It depends on the Duron, as to what it's default multiplier is.
