max cpu voltage for pentium III

I am have problems with my intel 667 , slot1 ,133bus . My question is What is the max. voltage I can run without damaging this cpu. I run default 1.70 and get that blue screen thing! My motherboard is a abit BX6 REV 2.0 SO I CAN SET MY VOLTAGE MANUALY. The only stable thing the works is 124 bus 1/4 with a clock of 5X making it a 620mhz .Will take any sugestions. ty
