Max CPU temp?

Hello everyone,

Fairly new to overclocking. (As in started this morning) Got my Duron 700 up to 900 at 1.7V so far. The temperature probe on the A7V motherboard reads ~42C at idle, and ~51C with a load.

My question is, what is the recommended maximum temperature before I should start worrying?
