I was planning to take advantage of the antec Aria (MATX SFF) (Gives me alot more upgradibility down the line) and I was wondering if there was a decent mATX S754 board out there. Preferably rock solid.

Also, does anyone know when the value S754 processors will be coming?

The only one I know of is the DFI K8M800-MLV. Havn't tried it though but it seems like a good cheap matx 754 board. Currently the "value" A64 is the 64 2800+. You might want to look at a roadmap to see when the XP 754 CPus come out

Upity.

(With no onboard memory controllers how will the XP's work in the S754 form factor?)

i think they will have an onboard memory controller, but no 64bit extentions and probably less cache.

I would go for the DFI or the MSI. The Gigabyte K8T800 board is ok, but its picky about RAM. Biostar has a pretty good mATX board also
