mATX P4 Overclocking board?

I am looking to get a Prescott 2.4 (533fsb) and getting some sort of mATX motherboard (preferably i865) and try to get the CPU running around 3.0-3.2 ghz. Anyone have any suggestions or experience with doing this?

Try the foxconn boards on newegg. Those seem to be the only mATX boards they sell that OC.
