mATX Mobo to Overclock E6300 to 3.2GHz?

Would like to use a mATX mobo instead of the full ATX Gigabyte DS3 I'm currently using. Need to put the entire package in a smaller case (current case is too deep for colo). Any ideas? I've seen a couple mATX that support the E6300 but they seem to max out with DDR2 667 (using 800 now).

Any help is appreciated!

I would like to find one also, but I don't think we will find a microATX doing FSB+50%.....
