mATX mobo suggestions, which one to pick?

Looking to upgrade my system from the one in my sig. Keeping the same case. Upgrading mobo, ram, cpu. I narrowed it down to these 3 boards. I'm leaning towards the MSI cause its cheaper. Good idea or bad? HDMI output needed which these all have.. Light gaming CS and possibly LFD, surfing, d/l'ing, nothing major. Not an OC'er.

I do NOT recommend MSI as an option. On the AMD side, I never had anything but problems with them.

Thanks for the reply. Anybody else with some experience? Newegg reviews seem decent for the other boards. Guess I can't go wrong.
