Hang on I think I might actually be wrong... u=micro and m=mini but I don't think there _is_ a mini ATX only mini ITX...

Yes, the only difference compared to a normal ATX board is the height of the board. Hence the ATX part of its name meaning it has the correct port and pci/pci-e placement to fit into a standard atx case, regardless of height.

mATX = microATX = fits in ATX or microATX case. It just has room for 4 card slots instead of the 7 slots for regular ATX.

The only thing to check is if the case already has some brass standoffs installed make sure they match up with the holes in the motherboard. The top 2 rows (closest to the power supply) usually do, after that they don't
