mATX Duron motherboard and mATX Powersupply?

I understand that Athlon and Duron CPUs are fairly power hungry. There are a few micro atx motherboards out there, but can they be driven by the tiny power supplies that come with micro ATX cases? I've got a micro ATX case with a 70w power supply driving a celeron motherboard and I'd like to step it up to something like the GA-7ZMM that was just reviewed here at AT. Would I run into power problems?
Thanks!

edit:
D'oh! I see someone just posted a similar question about a 145w mATX power supply here

I'm running my system off an Aopen 235watt supply and have no issues.
You will need more power, but most ATX supplies will fit into the Micro ATX case though you need to watch out for exaust fan position, and 250watt might be your max dimensional limitation. Your current supply might run it at stock speeds and without any other cards installed, especially AGP video.
Look at the total Amps supplied by the power supply if it shows it on the supply. 18amps might do it with a 650MHz duron, but you probably have about 12-15 available.
