mATX board w/onboard DVI & Conroe support?

Any motherboards out there that support conroe, have onboard graphics with DVI & are mATX?

I've searched & can't find any

There is no such board. The closest one is ASRock ConRoe945G-DVI that is a Conroe microATX board and supports DVI with the bundled DVI Graphics-SI card. Or buy a 945G/965G motherboard and add an ADD2 DVI card.

Is there anything on par with the 6150 chipsets on the AMD side?

Intel Bearlake-G+ (Q3 2007)? There are a few Merom mATX motherboards on par with 6150 (at least featurewise) but they are too pricey (MSI 945GT Speedster-A4R, Aopen i945GTm-VHL, ABIT IL-90MV).
