Only in 11 states. In the other 39, an 80 old can fuck a 17 year-old no problem as long as they aren't in a position of authority. And in 29 states that grandpa can fuck 16 year-olds free and clear too.

Now trafficking and providing drugs, etc, is a completely different story.
