hey,
I just got a second hand geforce 4 mx440 when i put it in the computer started fine, i changed the primary graphics thing in the BIOS, i get into window and installed the driver, played a game for 20 minutes and i was just looking at some documents when the computer restarted for no reason. when each time the windows log on screen came up it restarted again and again. but if i leave it switched of for a while i can get into window for a few minutes and then it restarted. it's not the onboard video card affecting i uninstalled the driver for it, it seems to be a power problem or something, the card only needs a 250 watt supply and i have 300 watt. you can ajust the power to the card manually in the Bios (it's on CB what ever that means) but i can't find out what the card needs on the internet or in manuals. Anyway it might not be the problem. the card works in my friends pc and the fan is not niosy but it is in mine, it's weird
