I've searched this site, and google for any reviews, and nothing shows up. My nephew has found several P4 systems using this M/B, and the manufacturer's spec's look okay, but I'd really like to see what users think of it. Has anyone heard of this? Any reviews? Maybe I'm searching incorrectly. I also searched on the SIS 650GL chipset, and came up with nothing on this site. Is it that new? Any guidance/links would be greatly appreciative. He's going away to college, and I want him to have a stable system. Thanks!

Most of Matsonic's products are ECS or PC-Chips mainboard with a different name on. Visit www.ecs.com.tw and www.pcchips.com.tw and compare the pictures. There are a handful of Matsonic exclusives though.

SiS 650GL is the lowest cost variant of the 650 series. These are highly integrated chipsets, basically having everything you need in two chips, including graphics, sound, network, USB 2.0 and sometimes even firewire.
