Matrox Marvel G400-TV VS. All in Wonder 128 Pro?

Hello, I am looking for a video card that has first of all video capture capabilities, so I can record on my PC and do some minor editing on some home videos caught with my dad's video camera. Of course it will also be used for gaming... I have narrowed it down to the Marvel G400-TV and the All in Wonder 128 Pro. I have seen the reviews and I think the all in Wonder definitely is the winner here, however I want you to warn me of anything or any problems I could have with this card(drivers, display, conflicts, etc..). Also, if you have any other recommendations, I will gladly appreciate them. I will be partnering this little piece of silicon with a 900mhz thunderbird, and the OS will be either 98SE o winME. Um, depends on the OS IMO.

why would u say that Actaeon? I dunno about the AIW, but the Matrox drivers are equally good for both win98se and ME. I would suspect the same for the AIW.
