Matrox G550 using

I have a Matrox G550 Millenium. I used to have a Win NT dual monitor 4 pc using this card. I have now installed Win 2000 SP2; no hardware changes! However Icannot seem to get the same setting s as I got under NT 4. I can only get 1600 x 600

I used the Matrox download file 5.72.021 and selected Extra Dual Head Display support but I cannot get a 2048 x 768 display across the two monitors nor can I find a setting that makes the Windows dialog boxes centre on the left hand display.

The help files and Matrox web site do not help.

Can anyone please advise?
