Matrox G450 eTV or ATI All In Wonder Radeon

I'm deciding between the two.
I'm a moderate gamer (counter-strike) and I run web design applications a lot (photoshop, dreamweaver, freehand) and I like the MPEG2 capture support on both cards.

but which one should i go with?

If you like games at all, stay clear of anything matrox based (for the time being).
