Matrox G450 32MB DDR with DVI connector?

Just scored a Matrox G450 with a DVI connector on eBay for $36! Actually had never seen one before. What's the advantages/disadvantages? It comes with a connecter that splits to two vga plugs. Anyone else have one of these?
