Matrox G200 + OpenGL + Win2K?

I have a Matrox G200 8meg AGP vid card running in Win2K. The OS is fully updated with Directx 8, DV update and SP2. I'm currently using the built in Win2K default G200 drivers that comes with Win2K and they are fine. However, they don't support OpenGL. I downloaded the newest drivers from Matrox, but upon installing and rebooting, the screen goes blank and doesn't boot up. I recover with the previous config and it's alright. Anybody got OpenGL to work in Win2K with G200?
