Around 0:05 in the video you'll see a linesman come in to seperate the players after one takes the mouth gaurd out of the others mouth, but it looks as if he literally comes out of nowhere! I've watched it at least 20 times now and still can't wrap my mind around it. Where did he come from?? I thought Jumper was fiction (as well as a horrible movie) but now I'm not so sure.

You see him at 02-03 on the left already gliding that way?

e: oh wait, you mean the other one that comes in at eight seconds?

After looking at it 20 times or so, even though the camera sweep makes it look like the entire background is revealed at some point, it looks like the front ref's body blocks one spot consistently as he swings around.

You can see him on the right skating towards the targets a few seconds back in the second shot. They blocked the camera for just long enough for him to appear out of no where.

he was probably just coming up from the bottom right side of the rink from that first angle, just outside of the camera. and then when it switches to the other angle that second or 2 is him closing the space. you can also tell he was coming from that angle the way his momentum makes him spin around.

Number 88 (Kane) is simply blocking the angle that the linesman is coming up from....

Really not that big of a deal unless you want it to be...
