My springbox caves down on one side and it sits about two inches lower than rest of the box. It has a ten year warranty and I need to claim a repair under warranty. The store I bought it from has been out of business for years. Other authorized dealers doesn't do warranty repairs unless I bought it from that specific store, unlike appliances. Anyone know how I'd go about getting this damn thing fixed??

This is actually an interesting question. Every mattress comes with some kind of warranty, generally 15 years, but how many people ever take advantage of it?

I have a mattress I bought 10 years ago that has a 30 year guarantee. I've often wondered if, after 20 years, I tied it on top of my Dodge Caravan and hauled it to the manufacturer's factory about 15 miles from my home, would they really fix it? Wouldn't it just be cheaper for them to give me a new one?

His boyfriend. He has such lovely eyes. They're lovely translucent blue. Aren't they beautiful? He can spend hours staring into them.
