matlab is the WORST program ever!

dammit, i've been trying for so long to get a damn ilaplace answer out of this stupid program read the help file, and the stupid commands they give out in the help files don't even work. why do i have to define 's' isn't that the bloody purpose of this stupid program? ugh!
 
haha...i'm decent at math (at least courses where they are labeled as 'math 244' etc) but these EE courses are mad confusing with an FOB teacher.

MathCAD on the other hand is easy to work with.
I've got MathCAD, Maple, and Matlab at my office computer. I honestly have never taken the effort to learn Matlab. That is since MathCAD is very user friendly and does everything I've ever needed for any class (Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering - with emphasis on math). Maple is crap. Each semester the people in my class or the professors come up with a problem that Maple solved incorrectly. So of the 3, one is really hard, and one gives lots of wrong answers. I'll choose MathCAD.

Matlab is a great program, most people just don't know how to use it properly.
