I need to do a plot of:

x' = x(1-x)(x-3)

and then find the equilibrium solutions. Then I need to make matlab plot the directions field. that is the part I am having trouble with. I know i use meshgrid and quiver, but beyond that Im confused. Can anyone help?
thanks,

Do you have mathcad or just matlab to use?

I have/had templates for mathcad to plot a bunch of different types of equations, surface plots, contour plots, etc..

I may have deleted them, but I used them with mathcad for CALC3 extra credit work, graphing surface plots.

If you can use mathcad, PM me and i'll look for the templates, hopefully I still have them.

it has to be matlab. It is part of my diff eq course and the instructor just told us to follow this book. And the book is suck.
