Anyone here have the academic version of MATLAB? Does it have any sort or registration thing?

I once bought the academic version of Microsoft Office and it had a registration thing. I got a new computer and tried to install it on it but it wouldn't let me use it more than 40 times or so due to registration errors. It basically made it unusable.
 
I do, no registration, you just have to have the documentation cd in your cd drive when you run Matlab.
