Can't get into the music. I tried, I honestly did, but something about his musical style irks me.
 
ya, that song is really good...the rest of his cd is just "ok" IMO, one of my friends really likes it though
 
Couple of songs on the album are good, but the rest are just ok. And regardless, I find it impossible to listen to more than one of his songs a day and enjoy it.

Is he being played on mainstream radio? I only listen to "public" radio now. They play him occasionally. It's a safe bet that if WXPN is playing something, the mainstream stations are not, but it's not always the case.

You know, he's one of those musicians who sounds 10x better live than in a studio recording. I borrowed my friend's "Live at Stubb's" CD and I loved every track...but then I bought "Youth" and I don't really like it much.
