Maths - is anybody good with Fourier series?

im revising for a maths test and i just cant seem to get my head round a fourier questions regarding half range expansions


basically its this

2 0<t<1
F(t) = { 1 1<t<2

then they want a half range expansion for the cosines.

im just going round in circles with integration 🙁
