If it helps, if you want to do the calculation manually and understand it, it's more or less an area problem:
Find the cross sectional area (a rectangle, 150 feet long by 1.5 inches tall).
This is equal to the cross sectional area of the cylinder = pi r^2. If the cylinder is hollow, it's equal to pi R^2 minus pi r^2 where R is the outer radius and r is the inner radius.
Well your OD will depend on what your ID is. How tightly can this be rolled up?
If I have material 150' long, rolled up, roughly what might the diameter of the entire roll be if the material has the following thickness:
