matching CPU-NB freq to HT freq = more stable??

anyone seen this before, or am I crazy? Is 2.6ghz hT link ok?
edit: no. It (cpu-nb) must just not like having such a high bus speed. Seems like to <250mhz. At 271mhz it required +0.1v just to be stable at 2.15ish ghz.

It is recommended you keep the HT Frequency as close to stock (lower is better than higher also, if you have to choose between them) because HT frequency will never be a bottleneck and effects stability. If you want better stability at higher CPU-NB speeds, raise the CPU-NB voltage.

No problem. Be careful with CPU-NB voltage though, because as expected, raising it will increase the temperatures of the CPU overall because the IMC is integrated onto the CPU. Only start raising it when your CPU-NB Frequency is very high.
