masterxfob banned?

I got an email from a user named masterxfob about something I have posted in fs/ft, he says he can't log in and isn't sure what the deal is and emailed the mods already but never heard back, I'll take the proper precautions but just was wondering if he was banned or jjst having login issues?

What error message is he getting?

Also, could he be trying to connect to a banned IP range? Trying to connect through AOL perhaps?
