I'm sure it is. The statistic for someone who hasn't graduated high school is 500,000 lifetime, while the amount for a college graduate is 1,000,000. So a master's in anything should probably be worth at least 1.25 mil.

I am currently pursuing my Masters in Business Operations Management right now. Whether or not it?s worth it, I don?t know. Only time will tell. Tuition is 100% covered, so I have no excuse not to get it.

Then no, if you have no idea of what you're studying or why, grad school is a waste of time and money.

Don't you have to go to grad school just to get started in accounting? Besides, you'll get so rich from it that it won't matter. Just do it.

Most people define success by how much money you make. If thats how you define success, then yes, it worth it.

Those were the lines I was thinking along. There aren't many other types of success to be had in accounting.

Accounting is one area where more education can really help a lot. You should try to get into an accounting firm that will help pay for it.

if you're doing it for the money, no (the tuition cost + time spent > total $$$ gained in salary over lifetime for having a masters over regular BS) IMO
if you're doing it for the education, yes

I earned my MBA a few years ago. The whole cost was very much covered by my former employer. I think it is worthwhile if you want to improve yourself and continue your education. Just don't get a Master degree if you think it will get you more money.
